Cancellation Policy

For customers enrolled in an Oil Subscription and Scent Accents, maintaining an active subscription for a minimum of thirty (30) days is required. If a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase before delivery, Aroma IQ will provide a full refund. However, suppose the customer chooses to cancel their membership after delivery but before completing the minimum term. In that case, they will be required to repay the promotional discount in full based on the net total of the order. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs for the product(s).

Free Diffuser with Oil Subscription Customers enrolled in the Free Diffuser with Oil Deliveries plan must maintain an active subscription for at least four (4) months after the initial purchase. If a customer decides to cancel their subscription before fulfilling this commitment, an early termination fee of ninety-nine pounds (£99.00) will apply. Paused subscriptions are not eligible for cancellation unless the account has processed and paid for three (3) additional separate subscriptions that have been successfully delivered. Customers dissatisfied before delivery will be issued a full refund.

Annual Prepaid Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. General Aroma IQ ("Aroma IQ") offers an annual prepaid subscription plan. This offer is subject to these Annual Prepaid Subscription Terms and Conditions (the “Offer Terms”) as well as Aroma IQ’s Terms of Use. If these Offer Terms conflict with the Terms of Use, the Offer Terms will take precedence solely for this subscription offer.

2. Eligibility The offer is available in the UK .

3. Pricing With a payment of £359.88, you will receive either one (1) 100ml Oil Diffuser Oil of your choice, shipped monthly for twelve (12) months.

4. Subscription Before payment, you will have the opportunity to review and accept the fees you will be charged (“Subscription Fees”). All fees are in British Pounds (£) and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in these Offer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically on an annual basis unless cancelled. Your account will be charged on the Subscription Billing Date for the next Subscription Period. Pausing deliveries can be arranged upon request but does not cancel the subscription.

5. Diffuser Warranty The diffuser has a twelve-month warranty. Claims within the first three months will result in a new diffuser replacement. Claims after three months will be replaced with a refurbished diffuser.

6. No Early Cancellation Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled mid-term. However, deliveries can be paused upon request by contacting our customer service team.

7. Delinquent Accounts Aroma IQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription if any amount due remains unpaid. Additional fees may be incurred for chargebacks or collections. If the payment method becomes invalid, shipments will pause until the payment issue is resolved.

8. Offer Modification and Termination Aroma IQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer at its sole discretion. Subscriptions active at the time of modification or termination will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
